Editorial Standards
How we decide what is worth your attention.
Anima Cosmi is an editorial platform. We do not run laboratories or conduct original studies. We read peer-reviewed research from the world's top universities and translate it into advice you can act on.
The convergence rule. A claim earns a place here only when at least three independent research groups, working separately, reach the same conclusion. One striking study is a lead, not a finding. We say so plainly when the evidence is still early.
Editorial independence. Our conclusions are never sold. We do form product partnerships, and when we do, the relationship is disclosed on the page and never shapes what the research says. If a partner product is not supported by the evidence, we do not claim that it is.
Plain language. Every article is written to be understood without a science degree. Technical terms are explained the first time they appear. If a sentence needs a glossary, it gets rewritten.
Corrections. When we get something wrong, we fix it in place and add a dated note explaining what changed. We do not quietly delete. Write to hello@animacosmi.com with a correction and a source.
Not medical advice. Every article is educational. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Speak to a qualified clinician before changing anything that matters.
Every article is written and reviewed by Roy Sañudo S., the founder. One named person stands behind every word.
